Hello everyone.

Finally starting a new first and SW - first class tomorrow. Enough messing around now!

I have 6 WIs until my holiday and I HAVE to shift a min of a stone, ideally more!

Weighed an awful 11 st 8.5 this morning and have tried to be good today..

Had two kiwis and a tangerine for breakfast
Whole meal pitta and hummus
Leftover chicken and chorizo pasta
Olives
Steak, sweet potato and mushrooms

Actually looking forward to sticking to this!!!

Well I've faced the music and been to class weighing a horrific 11 st 11.5!!! Holy s*** Set my target to 10 st 5

Right now that will spur u on x downwards from here xxxx

Between 5-15 a day.. So up to 105 a week I've been told! The rest will no doubt be alcohol tonight and tomorrow!

Farrrrr too much alcohol consumed. Food was ok.. Back to it today but TOTM so not holding up much hope x
Hey chick hope u had a good weekend :) come off Cambridge due to costs but god I don't think i can be trusted round food!!!! One weekend and I feel so so bloated!
 
Are you going to follow any plans?

I'm really enjoying slimming world. Eating loads but sticking to it.. Hope the weekend doesn't damage me too much tomorrow though!

Breakfast was 2 Alpen light bars and a big tub of melon

Lunch is spag Bol

Tea is a seafood paella

No sins!
