    vegan and need to lose two stone!

    Hi

    I've been vegan since I was 11 (with a weird 15 year vegetarian gap in the middle) and am now 52 and want to lose two stone. No time limit, just need to do it. Feel so unfit and am scared I will get diabetes. Would love to hear from other vegans successfully doing slimming world.

    Hi, looks like there are more and more of us SW works very well for me as a vegan. Ive lost lots. Sadly, due to eating for emotional reasons I've had to do it a few times and here I am again. Sigh. I've had a couple of diaries here, one is very personal and in the silver members section. Can't find my password or old email account for all that so am back on my old more public diary if you'd like to join me there.

    Are you going to a group or doing it from home?

    Any help you want, I'm happy to help and this is such a helpful forum, I'm sure I won't be the only one.
    Mini Summer Target: To get to at least 15.7 by the 24th of September. This is 14lbs to go, at least 2lbs a week. WI dates: 12.08: 1lb lost 19.08(binge) 26.08 (still bingeing a bit) 02.09 recovery 09.09 2lbs off 16.09 23.09
