littleblackcloudxo is not so little... yet!
Thought I would jump in and create a weight loss diary. Hopefully this will help to keep me on track as I lose the weight.
A little about me... I'm Callie, 25, and I live in the North East of England. I've been up and down with my weight quite a few times, but I'm hoping this will be the last. The lowest I've been was 8 stone 7 lbs about 4 and half years ago, which gave me a BMI of 18.5. The highest I've been is my current weight of 14 stone 12.5 lbs. My long term goal is a BMI of 20, or 9 stone 1.5 lbs. I look and feel better when I'm at that weight so I'm hoping to reach it without too much excess skin :/
I only had my lightbulb moment a couple of weeks ago, and went to my first SW meeting last Wednesday. It went well and I seem to be following the plan okay. I'm really hoping for a good first weigh in weight loss! I don't do much exercise at the moment, but I'm hoping to do the 30 day shred at some point. I've made little mini goals for myself to help see the progress. They are as follows:

Hopefully I'll be able to edit this original post when I need to update, but if not I'll just have to copy and paste it further down the thread.
Ideally I would like to be as close to goal as possible by the end of the year, but I realise that may not be feasible as weight loss can slow down. All I can aim to be is the best, healthiest person each and every day and hopefully the rest will take care of itself!

Had a good day today. Had a SW friendly full english breakfast, thought I feel somewhat cheated by my husband who informed me Quorn sausages were free. They were in fact 1 Syn each and the oddest tasting things I have ever put in my mouth. I'd rather have the 0.5 WW sausages that are actually meat! Had a banana for lunch as we were out shopping, and then tea was SW friendly fish and chips with a salad. Overall I've had about 8 Syns today with the sausages and bread. I never seem to eat both healthy extras, I always have one or the other. Need to work on that! Weigh in is on Wednesday, I so hope I've lose 3+ lbs!

Had a manic day today. Haven't had nearly enough super free... only banana, grapes and lettuce. Need to be better tomorrow! Only had 1 syn though.
I'm getting sick of jacket potatoes already. Plus I'm struggling this weekend with my superfree. Think I need to look up recipes that incorporate them...
