    Caths 58 weeks & 5 days to 60th bday sw diary

    well that was a mouthful of a title. Sums it all up really, I think I have tried every single plan that has ever been invented to lose weight, yet I am now at my all time heaviest weight as of this morning 16st 6.4lb..to be honest It was me to blame and not the plans..anyhoo I have recently met a friend who has actually stuck to plan and lost 4st with sw. She had to for a hip replacement hut she stuck with it. Did it slow and steady and achieved her target.. Made me think long and hard about my health . Am starting sw today from home. No quick fix expected. I want to lose weight and more importantly get a healthier lifestyle.before my magic 60th birthday ..oh dear I seem to have gone on a bit of a rant . If anyone is reading this hope you have a lovely bank holiday. X

    I am also wanting to lose weight for my 60th birthday in March next year but more importantly for my health and also for my wedding in September next year. I joined SW just over 2 weeks ago and have so far lost 8 pounds.

    Have a great bank holiday and check out both the food diaries and the recipe threads on here for some great ideas especially the stickys.

    Hiya...wow well done thats a brilliant loss, you must be chuffed to bits..you have some really good times coming up, wouldn't it be great if we could both hit 60 and have hit our targets.     Course we can on my phone at the minute so as soon as I can get on a computer. Be tomorrow when back at work will sort out friends requests. That's really good that you have taken
    Your food with you your definitely on a roll :thumbup: will let you get on, hope work passes by quickly, going to maybe set up a food diary and have a good nosey around x
