Diary to keep on track
I thought I'd start a diary here to try and keep my butt in gear, following sw and desperately want to loose another half stone before my holiday and only 4 more weigh ins to do it so I will need to be really, really strict to do it!
Taking it one day at a time and not going to even think about the rest of the week (other then doing the meal plan)
I'm restarting the 30 day squat challenge today and chucking in the shred DVD at least 3 times a week.
Hoping now I've got somewhere to report to and keep a record I will stay on track.
