Laura's Diary - Third time lucky?? or just first two times unlucky??

I'm back - AGAIN.

And when I say first 2 times unlucky I mean more like first 22 times!!!! I have given myself the runaround since August 2013, having had a fabulous first 10 weeks and then it all went downhill from there!

HOWEVER, I WANT TO BE SLIM, I WANT TO WEAR NICE CLOTHES, I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND I HAVE FINALLY REALISED THAT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS STOPPED ME DOING THIS IS ME !!!! :mad:

I've just been having a look at some of the threads that I am subscribed to on here, but that I haven't read in a while and I am slightly amazed (and very jealous) of the amount of weight people have lost since I last checked in on their diaries! Well done to everyone and shame on me for not being one of ye!

So I am rejoining tonight - and I'm really looking forward to it! My best total loss at SW since I joined was 1 stone 10lbs so I'm interested to see what weight I am tonight and how much catching up I have to do to get back to that place and then move beyond! :D

I am definitely gonna need all the help and encouragement I can get so please feel free to subscribe and pop in whenever suits :)

I will update later with my current weight and mini targets for the weeks ahead.

So had my WI tonight and I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty devestated! Weighed in at 14 stone 6.5 lbs! So have lost my 1.5 stone and 1 stone awards!
Promised myself last night that I will give it my best shot this time.

I'm not a breakfast eater really and am not a big fan of cereal/fruit in the morning so for my first food of the day I had 2 slices of ham and a cup of tea. Not everyone's choice I know but it keeps me going unti 10.45 am when I'll have one sl wholemeal toast and a small tin of spaghettei hoops.

Lunch today will be ham salad with a cup of tea, vanilla mullerlight for afternoon snack and I'm still debating on dinner. Need to check what I have in when I get home at lunchtime :)

Have a work dinner tomorrow night so want to keep syns for that so not planning on using any syns today/tomorrow/Saturday, except for dinner :)

Feel that I need to get a good loss this week to kickstart my motivation.

I want to lose as much as I can before 13th June - that's my first mini goal :)
 
Hey Laura, found your new diary! Are you still about? I've not been on much recently, but trying to get sorted and back at it this week.
