I loosely did SW last year and never stuck to it, but when I did it, I saw results. Is it recommended to use all of your syns every day or at least some?
Today I've had 10.5 syns, as I had wholemeal bread for lunch (6 syns) and had a cereal bar for 4.5 syns. The rest of meals are free foods or hex a/b. So there's no danger of me going over on my syns.
Just wondered if it's recommended to use them.
