Hi everyone

Iv been doing Exante for the last 6 weeks and lost 17 lbs but yesterday was really really hungry and freezing cold all day.
Decided it was time for a change so armed with all my Daughters SW books I'm giving it a go.
It all looks like a minefield of information to take in at the moment but I'm sure I will get the hang of things and I can always ask on here?
What I need to know from you lovely people is where can I find out how many sins I'm allowed? Iv had a quick look through the books but can't find anything.

This morning iv had

Raspberry/Strawberries/Blueberries/black currants with a Muller Lite yogurt on top :)

Pauline :)

Between 5 and 15 syns a day.
Are yoiu ok with the different plans, healthy extras etc. If not just shout.
Good luck on your journey x

To be honest still trying to get my head round things lol
Worked last night and took tuna salad and Muller a Lite yogurt with me and when I got up had mixed berries with Muller Lite on top :)

Well iv weight myself this morning after my 1st week with SW and iv lost 1 1/2lbs.
That might not sound much but I was expecting a gain. 6 weeks on Exante and being told to expect a gain when I start eating "real food" so I'm really really pleased ;-)
Good luck to everyone and let the scales be kind to you xx

Well done on your loss! It's not an easy transition, I'm only too familiar with it myself. And of course the losses are smaller on a normal diet as opposed to a VLCD. But it can be steady and satisfying and I'm enjoying losing more slowly but living my normal life. What plan have you decided on? Or are you going to mix it up a bit?

I'm doing a bit of each as I work 3 nights a week and I think I will be able to manage better that way. I have to take things to eat with me no way can I do a 9 hr shift on next to nothing ;-)
