Starting Slimming World again with the determination of loosing a stone before the 1st July! ... I have 4 weeks ... heres my journey feel free to join!
 
Very proud of myself!.

Joined the gym last night, enjoyed my 1st class boxercise!. Les Mills RPM tonight, has anyone ever done this before?
 
Todays Food Diary

Breakfast
- Bunch of red grapes
- Cup of Tea
- Activia Fat Free Raspberry Yogurt
- Cup of Coffee

Lunch
- Subway Steak Salad extra meat, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, onions & gerkins with sweet onion sauce (2 syns)
- Muller Light Raspberry and Cranberry Yoghurt

Tea
- BBQ Pulled Pork (Little Sauces Book) with salad and wholemeal pitta bread (HEX B)
- Vanilla & Chocolate Sprinkle yogurt with frozen berries and 1 crushed mini meriange (1 syn)

Snacks
- 2 x Balconi Vanilla Wafers (4 Syns! :cry:)
- Banana

Total syns for the day = 7/15
 
Spinning wasn't what I expected it was quite hard and the instructor did not even show me how to adjust everything :(

14 mini fruit and nut Weetabix (HexB I think????)
Coffee

Lunch
Lamb shoulder steak, 3 new potatoes & creamy cabbage

Dinner
2 x Wholemeal Bread (HexB)
Scrambled Eggs (HexA)
