So I took the plunge and enrolled at my local group last night.... sclaes were not good too me but the hard thing has been done and now it can only get better - and lighter!!
Only thing for me is I will be sticking to Green days as I eat ZERO vegetables!! So receipes and tips would be greatly appreciated
