I've been dieting with SW since the end of January, but have found myself drifting away a bit - hoping this will give me a bit more motivation!

Last week I put on 5lbs after a particularly heavy weekend... this week was a fresh start so hopefully I'll have a loss tonight :):):)
 
It's been a bit up and down so far!

Week 1: + 3 (moved to the evening class!)
Week 2: -5.5 :D
Week 3: M :(
Week 4: M :(
Week 5: -2 :D
Week 6: -0.5 :D
Week 7: M :(
Week 8: -1 :D
Week 9: -4 :D
Week 10: +0.5 :(
Week 11: +3.5 :(
Week 12: -5 :D
Week 13: -2 :D
Week 14: -4 :D
Week 15: -2 :D
Week 16: + 2 :(
Week 17: -3.5 :D
Week 18: +5.5 :(
Week 19: -4lbs :D
