    14 to 10ish!

Hi all, I joined sw at 14st 2 lbs, I'm now 13st 6.5lbs since Wednesday. I can't notice it at all yet, so I'm really hoping to see a difference soon.
I've completed my bronze award and am onto week 2 of silver. I'm walking approximately 5km a day for the couple of weeks.
How much did you lose before noticing it?!

    Hiya

I didn't notice really the first half stone, and looking in the mirror even at 1st3lb down I can't see it that much. But my clothes do feel and look a lot better! Wish I'd taken some proper before photos.
Good luck with insanity! I did the first five weeks but it injured my ankles, you'll see why when you start! All ill say is don't let the fitness test put you off, IMO it's way harder than the actual workouts!

I'm back!! Terrible though... I'd gone back up to 13'6
I don't know what happened to me! All my motivation went. But I'm ready to go again. First weigh in is tomorrow!

I'm going with starting weight 13'6 so Club 10 will be 12'1... So I guess that's my first mini-target.

    Welcome back!
Could you break it down a bit more to help with motivation? For me, I'd set first mini target as getting into the 12s! The under 12st7, then club 10. .With a small non food treat at each one!
Are you all organised with food? X

    That's a good idea!
My first major aim is to get into the 12's! So annoying that I was there and shot straight back up!
I'm sorted with food... Have gone shopping a couple of times and have yoghurts, fruit and vegetables at the ready!
My biggest problem is eating out with people... So I'm just gonna bring my lunch to work everyday from now on to resist temptation

Sounds like you've got it nailed! The important thing is you've come back and got back on it
I struggle with eating out too- if I'm paying for food I want to enjoy it!- so taking it from home while you get started it's a good idea. Where/what would you normally eat? X

My friends and I tend to go to different cafes... While I'll tend to opt for the healthy-ish savoury option, I just can't resist something sweet with my cuppa! So when I don't go out I don't have that urge
    How about you?!

Ah the sweet stuff is hard! It's tricky cos when it's homemade stuff in cafes you can't syn it properly either :-/
Jacket potato is my go to when out! With beans & salad, so filling and all free
Soups can be a good option too if they're not too creamy.
Easier on the willpower if you stay in for now I like the mini treat size chocolate bars fora sweet hit with a brew too! X
