Hi, I'm new to slimming world!

Hi!
I'm joining next Friday but I've done it a couple of times before and it's the only thing that works for me. It's purely my life in other areas throwing me off that's stopped me.
The things I found useful were, drinking 2L of water a day, including herbal tea etc. Making meals in bulk and then freezing leftovers for another time, planning ahead, knowing triggers for me it's when I'm tired! and at night, so I plan nibbles or paint my nails to distract me, and not to freak on a bad day, it happens, you can still lose in the same week. It's whatever works for you! Good luck I'll look forward to seeing your success!! :)

Hi, I've had my 1st weigh in tonight and lost 4lb, I know it's not a lot but quite happy as I had a sickness bug for 2 days so all I was eating was toast! Going out this weekend though so got a feeling I will gain! Will probably have a week's syns in alcohol oppss!!

Congratulations that's a great loss! It's 4lb less than before! Keep it up, and I'm sure one nights indulgence won't make a huge difference
