    Back on the wagon?

    I have decided I've had enough of the weight gain and seriously need to do something about it having found I weigh nearly a stone more than I did last year

    I have found my SW books but can't rememb er r how many syns I'm allowed each day? I currently weight a shocking 15st 8.

    Can anyone help please?
