    My food & Body Magic diary

    The main reason I joined MiniMins is because I randomly stumbled across the food diary posts and I thought it was a great idea. I also thought that maybe putting them on a forum where I can get feedback would help me stay motivated and hopefully people will tell me off if I start getting into bad habits :P


    Day 1 - 02/07/14
    Food Diary
    Breakfast: Banana, Tangerine
    Lunch: Baked sweet potato with salad (baked sweet potato, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, white wine vinegar, mayonnaise, butter, parmesan)
    Dinner: Creamy Korma with beef mince & egg noodles (new potatoes, egg noodles, soy sauce, frozen peas, carrots, spring onion, onion, red chilli, 1 tbsp olive oil, double cream, korma paste)
    Snacks: Fruit salad (tangerine, strawberries, grapes)
    Drinks: Robinsons Apple & Blackcurrant (no added sugar), Diet Coke
    Healthy Extra: (a) Parmesan (b) 1tbsp Olive Oil
    Syns: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, mayonnaise, lean mince, double cream, korma paste

    Total Syns: 13

    Breakfast: Muesli
    Lunch: Creamy Korma with beef mince & egg noodles (yesterday's leftovers) (new potatoes, egg noodles, soy sauce, frozen peas, carrots, spring onion, onion, red chilli, 1 tbsp olive oil, double cream, korma paste)
    Dinner: S.W Sweet Potato wedges with salsa (sweet potato, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, sea salt, salsa)
    Snacks: Chocolate & hazelnut spread
    Drinks: Diet Coke, Glass of SS milk
    Healthy Extra: (a) 250ml SS Milk (b) 35g sugar free muesli
    Syns: Lean mince, double cream, korma paste, chocolate & hazelnut spread, salsa, olive oil
