Restarting my journey :)
I thought I would start a diary myself as I feel it could help me keep myself focused and also be a record of my journey and hopefully achievements. I started slimming world on Thursday and weighed in at 20st 9.5 lbs. this is not the heaviest I've been before and I'm not new to slimming world as done it before with good results. For me this is the only plan that works for me and I can get my head around, trust me I know I've tried several.


My first goal is my club 10 which is 18st 8.5lbs, I think setting small goals instead of big ones would help me keep more focused and on track.


I will try and keep this diary updated as much as possible and hope that you all will support me through my journey and this helps others too.
 
Well so far so good, yesturday I had a lovely day of yummy food and all slimming world friendly. Today I've had breakfast and trying to plan food for the day ahead but a little stuck so going to go through my fridge and freezer and see what I can magic up lol.

The next few days will be the hardest as it's work days and I struggle to find quick filling and healthy options. Any ideas will be really helpful x
 
Keep going you are off to a great start. I stocked up at aldi yesterday mushrooms,tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, plums all super cheap and tins of bakes beans and mushy peas which i try to add to one meal every day
 
I stocked up yesterday, I am really loving strawberry's at the moment so going to take lots to work with me tomorrow :)

Tonight I am having the diet coke chicken, Ive looked at youtube to find out how to cook it and fingers crossed :)
