Hi, I've been on and off SW and on and off minis for about 18months and have lost / gained the same 1 1/2 stone. Today I woke up and thought I would give it all another go - what have I got to lose!! Actually about 2 stone in reality so here goes....

If anyone is lookimg and sees me going wrong please let me know :-)

Today is extra easy and my food for the day looks like this

Breakfast - mushrooms and poached egg on 1 slice wholemeal bread (35g)
Lunch- spaghetti with left over mushrooms; courgette and cherry tomatoes
Dinner- chicken, bacon and pea rissoto (or should that be risotto!!) with a very smallsalad- not enough superfree there I know.
