    A Fresh Start Again!

    Here I am again for the second time doing slimming world, and going to groups.

    My group day is Saturday mornings

    I'll be writing down everything and anything in this diary, hoping it will help me in some way!

    We're all in this together aha.

    Please any advice or anything would be really nice.

    So, to say that i started Saturday at group. I never seem to start on the Saturday, if that makes sense lol.

    Was really ment to start prooperly on the Sunday...Started out well, then crashed it..

    Hey ho, it's Monday and i'm doing quite well food wise. Will be tough tonight though. Willpower is with me aha I have got to do this.

    Oh no wishing you a speedy recovery! I struggle weekends theyre like my downfall when trying to lose weight but I try 100% in the week hoping that helps for the weigh in lol.

    For the next 2 weeks at least until i go back to the fracture clinic but been told it will be 6 to 12 weeks to heal and there are 2stress fractures and my blood supply is affected so it cant be plastered....it was black at one point and,they worried the blood supply was compromised so at least it,s better than that now..thx for your kind wishes

    we all struggle at weekend as its when we relax and enjoy ourselves after a hard weeks work..if i could id go for walks etc and enjoy the sun while it lasts which would help...you will be find..hope you get a great first WI..fingers crossed for,you
