Hi every1 :)

Im moving over from the herbalife forum. This has been such a hard decision for me as I have bn a herbalife lover for so long! Lol but I have 2 admit now the plan just isn't suiting me any longer & it's a real struggle for me.

Last 4 months has been extremely difficult, my dad passed away, I lost my baby, my relationship fell 2 pieces so therefore I had 2 move house (back 2 my mums) so yeah its bn tough! Lol & tbh i have totally comfort ate myself through the hard times. I'm not going 2 beat myself up about it because I done what I had 2 do 2 get by & survive they dark days, but with the help of an amazing therapist I'm not in that horrible place anymore so basiclly want the outside of my body 2 reflect how I'm feeling on the inside :)

I have also given up alcohol....my dad passed away due 2 alcohol related liver disease & i read somewhere that addiction is 50% heredrity & 50% due to the persons coping skills & i just dont want 2 take any chances! So the last drink I had was one G&T at my dad's funeral (12th June) I had my first 'sober' night out on sat, im not going 2 lie it was very difficult & i felt so nervous & self conscious but I done it :) Im not saying ill never have a glass of wine with a meal but but the days of me going out with my friends & getting smashed are over!

My goal is 11st & I'd quite happily reach that goal with a 1lb a wk loss, so im not going 2 b hard on myself (for the first time in my life) this really is a lifestyle change!! I'll b joining class on wed but I have the books so im starting the journey to find the 'real me' 2day.

If you have took the time 2 read my post you deserve a medal :thumbup: lol I just thought it was important to have a wee but of back ground knowledge on me haha...hope you enjoy reading my diary :D

Monday 14th July - Day 1 :cool:

B - 40g all bran, skimmed milk, banana (HexA&B)

L - homemade lentil & veg soup, handful strawberries, tea (left over A choice)

D - homemade spag bol (wholemeal pasta & packed with super free :) ) 15g red lecister cheese (3syns....I think)

S - Muller light, nakd bar (5syns) caramel freddo (5syns) tea (left over A choice)

Water - 3 litres
Exercise - 30 minutes metafit & 45 minutes legs, tums & bums :thumbup:

Syns used - 13

Bless your heart i have tears in my eyes reading your post..you have been through so much a d to be where you are now you are one strong lady. I am so sorry for your losses. You are on the right track here we will all support you keep posting and one step and one day at a time..best of lick hun
 
Will keep checking your diary and give you any tips i can. Don't deprive yourself eat until you are full of free and superfree, snack on fruit as much as you want, have your hea and heb and your syns every day and you will get there

Wine is my downfall too unfortunately. I have asked my family to support me by not putting temptation my way, so we shall see!

Thank you! Iv just always been the party girl tbh but I think iv just out grown it now! I was 28 in June & wish I had given it up years ago....better late than never tho I suppose lol x hope ur doing well on the plan :)

Tuesday 15th July - Day 2

L - left over spag bol, 15g red lecister cheese (3syns) liberte yog (1syn) fruit

D - Chicken & veg stir fry (lots of super free)

S - caramel freddo (5syns) tea (left over A choice)

That's what's planned for 2day....sound ok?

Sounds good to me..plenty of fruit and superfree veggies is the way to go...make sure you have lots of variety too so you dont get bored there are so many recipes on here to try out

Went slightly awol not updated my diary in a while just really struggled with time with working 2 jobs & kinda forgot about it....oppsss!! Going 2 make a conscious effort to start updating regularly. Started class last Thursday & weighed in at 14st 10.5lbs, lost 2.5lbs my first weigh in so now 14st 8lbs :)

Saturday 2nd August

Breakfast - 2 egg mushroom (S) & tomato (S) (SF) omelette, apple (S) (SF) & double mint tea - half syn for dash of skimmed milk in omelette
