At the moment it am 11 stone 8 and ideally would like to get to 10.7 any less is a bonus but I'm not gonna beat myself up over it! I am going to combine the extra easy plan with x4 1 hour sessions of zumba on the wii u so I will check back each week to see how I've got on.
 
Extra easy day

Breakfast
Half a melon
X6 wholegrain crispbread (HEB)
X2 laughing cow light cheese triangles half a
(HEA)
Bacon all fat cut off
X2 eggs Scrambled egg (no milk)

Lunch
Banana
Large snack a jack 2 syns
Benefit bar aldi choc and toffee 3 syns (counted as syns as used b choice)
Chicken mug shot 1% fat

Dinner
Chicken in tomato sauce (chopped toms, chipped garlic and oregano)
X4 syns x2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
Mash potato x 5 teaspoons of semi skimmed milk 7 cals each 7x5 35 cals = 1 syn
X3 teaspoons of flora light butter x3 syns
The mash was split between 2 people so 4 syns for the whole meal
Carrots, cabbage and broccoli

Drinks
Sugar free orange cordial
Diet coke
X2 coffee with splash of milk in each half of (HEA)

X9 syns for the whole day

Your menu looks very tasty and filling. I have only just started SW so I am looking for food ideas. I think I prefer EE days at the moment as I want the first few weeks to be simple whilst I get in to the swing of things.

Good luck with your weight loss, I am sure you will get too goal and look stunningly beautiful on your wedding day.

Hi gem thank you so much, I've literally done all plans there was on offer but eventually you will find which is the best one for you which will give you the best results but if you stick to it 100 % they can all be very effective :)

Well Thursday started off great and then we were invited next door for drinks !!!!!So I have to be extra good all weekend now! Breakfast X4 wholegrain crackers HEB (could of had x2 more but ran out) X1 laughing cow cheese X1 Tomato X1 banana Slice of melon Drinks x1 coffee X1 diet coke Lots of wine image-2195272787.jpg For lunch I just had a few crabsticks image-2300724491.jpg Then for dinner our good friend Walter the chef helped me make meatballs...... But they didn't end up being very healthy ?? It was Aldis Ashfield farm premium lean beef steak mince which works out to be 10 syns for the whole pack The mince was bonded with x2 eggs X2 teaspoons of easy garlic X1 teaspoon of nutmeg X1.5 teaspoons of oregano Served with boiled rice Fresh basil to taste at the end Salt and pepper Breadcrumbs which can be used as a healthy extra of brown bread This started off all well and good but my next door neighbour used white breadcrumbs but loads and loads ! and then fried the meatballs in loads of oil !! And then we had lots of wine id say about...... I don't even know anymore but my syns went totally off the radar! Hi hunni and good luck on your sw journey. Just been looking at your food, did you realise the whole grain crisp breads are no longer a healthy extra b choice? I would hate to think you jeopardise your first weeks losses x
 
I've been sooo busy but this was yesterday's diary extra easy day

Breakfast was melon and passion fruit yoghurt from aldi 1.5 syns

For lunch it was a big breakfast
With x3 tsp on flora light butter 3 syns

For dinner I had
Salmon salad and a jacket potato with a bit of light mayo and butter about 4 syns alltoegther

I forgot to take a pic but it looked like this one

And I had some wine again! Tut tut tut!!!!

8.5 syns plus the wine :-(

Today's menu is a bit better so far Breakfast (was a late breakfast) Bacon Scrambled egg Toast HEB Again this is not my picture but looks similar but I Didn't have any fat on my bacon
