Hi All,
This is a few days late apologies!

Well on Monday I've started Slimming World, I have now discovered that I weight 14'9, I had feared I was going to be in the 15's so I was slightly relieved. I have set myself a target of 3 pound to lose this week and so far I have rigidly stuck to plan. Overall I'd love to get myself into the 9 stone bracket, I'm 5'1 and have no desire to be "skinny" I want to keep some tits and ass!

Tuesday:
Breakfast - Rasp & Cran Mullerlight with Blueberries
Lunch - Tomato & Herb Mug Shot
Dinner - Spahetti Bolognaise made with 5% fat beef mince, passata and some seasoning and wholemeal spaghetti. I added a small sprinkling of parmesan to the top as my healthy extra.

Three cups of tea.

That was a pretty bad day as I'd not had chance to go shopping for SW friendly foods.

Wednesday:
Breakfast - Rasp & Cran Mullerlight with Blueberries
Lunch - Lettuce, pepper and chicken salad with a table spoon of low calorie Pizza Express caesar sauce
Dinner - Chicken stir fry using chicken, sugar snap peas, sweet corn and fine egg noodles. For the sauce I used the Blue Dragon Chow Mein sauce when was split between myself and my OH.
Snacks - Ryvita Minis (HE-B) with reduced fat humous, a mandarin.



I shall add syn values later as I've pre-planned my day and left my written food diary at home with all the figures on.

Today I'm having similar to yesterday except for dinner I'm going to try making some SW chips with egg, bacon and beans. I have a lovely looking pineapple and some kiwis at home I'm also looking to get stuck into.
