Lizzy's SW diary! (counting down to my holidays......)
Hello everybody, my name is Liz... I started SW about a month a go and I've lost just over a stone up to now. Me and my fiancé booked a holiday to Greece a few months a go for next year, it's in the middle of September and it is our first proper holiday together which is exciting! Me on the other hand, I am excited but all I can picture is me sitting on the beach in my leggings or jeans because I won't take anything off because I'm too self conscious lol. I have spent numerous summers covering up and have been boiling hot throughout just because I won't wear shorts or show off any 'big' parts on my body.
I want to enjoy my holiday, I want to be able to wear whatever I want and not feel out of place.
But I have had enough, and I'm determined to get this weight off once and for all now.
This is my second attempt at SW after losing 3 stone last time but I put it back on, but I'm making this time my last!
This has been my food plan for today:
Breakfast - Banana, Melon, Black Coffee
Lunch - Tuna, 2 x Boiled Eggs, Sliced Peppers, Sweetcorn, Cucumber, Tomatoes
Dinner - 5 Spice Chicken Breast, 'Chips', Sprouts, Sweetcorn, Carrots, Garden Peas
Supper - Bacon, Mushroom & Cheese Sandwich (Hea + Heb)
Snacks - 2 x pks of Multipack Space Raiders (6) Aero Choc Mousse (5) Kit Kat (5.5) Kiwi, Apple
Syns - 16.5

I should also mention that I have a crazy obsession with doing youtube workout videos too. I do 30 minute ones 3 times a week, I love it x
Right well that's today done! This weather certainly makes staying on plan easier, all I want to do is eat fruit and veg because I can't be bothered to cook anything. Hoping to get a good loss this week but TOTM is looming so I'm not holding out much hope.

Hi Liz, keep going! I have also just re-started doing Slimming World. I know what you mean about the nice weather and fruit being lush at the moment, think when it get's colder I'll have to try making and freezing home made soups this time round! x
