Final slimming world diary!

Haven't done slimming world since January. Fingers crossed for this time around.

Breakfast : hex b wholemeal toast.
2 eggs
1/2 Grapefruit
Butter (1.5 syns)
Tobacco onions ?
Green tea

Snack: muller light choc orange

Lunch: fat free supernoodles with spring onion and 1/2 grapefruit
Green tea

Dinner: chukka tikka masala with extra veg. Quinoa and cheese (hexa)
Pitta bread (7.5)

Day 2

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and wholemeal toast (hexb and 1.5 syns)
Grapefruit
Muller light
Green tea

Lunch: went out for mums birthday dinner. Steak sandwich with rocket and tomatos. Fried onions. Peppered sauce and chips. 1 glass of wine. Ice cream.

Lunch: chicken tikka, spinach, rocket and pickled cauliflower
Green tea

Wholemeal toast (hexb) butter (1.5)
