    RED DAY

    Breakfast - Cheese Omelette (using 30g cheddar as a hexa) with bacon. Peach & apple.
    Lunch - Quorn cheeseburgers (2 syns for quorn, 2 x hexb & 45g Mozzarella as a hexa) with beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes.
    Snack - Mullerlight Greek lemon yogurt (0.5 syn) Wotsits (5 syns)
    Dinner - Steak in peppercorn sauce (2 syns) with a huge side salad and mushrooms
    Supper - Pickled onions, plum & space raiders (3 syns) Mullerlight greek style strawberry (0.5 syn)

    03/09 - 9st5lbs (131 Pounds) - 3 months of mini mins dieting - 15 pounds lost and closer to 8stone something than 10stone something :-)
    10/09 - 9st5lbs (131 Pounds) - 5 nights out boozing and eating out. OUCH
    17/09 - 9st1lbs (127 Pounds) - Leave for 2 week holiday with size 6 friends - OMG!!!! NEARLY MADE IT INTO THE 8s!!

    It's crazy how much it is isn't it, i couldn't believe it when i first saw it! I completely forgot about uploading a pic of my dress, i promise to do it tomorrow

    Dying my hair a copper redishy brown colour today, it's been blonde ombre for a few months but now it's getting closer to autumn I fancied something a bit warmer in colour. I've had it red before but it's too much maintenance, so copper it is!
