Hello everyone, I joined Slimming World in June and have lost 1st6lbs. I'm really enjoying the plan so far and have been 100% on it since I started. I have done SW before but I didn't really enjoy it first time around. Me and my OH are off on holiday to Greece next year so I want to get as much off as possible before then, I have over a year to do it which is do able! I have been overweight/obese most of my life but it's now time to change that and get healthy!
