Hello ladies! This is the start of my SW journey!
In 2011 I weighed around 18 and 1/2 stone.
I lost 4 stone CC and stress :( I put it all back on during my first pregnancy.
I had my beautiful baby boy in March 2013 and almost immediately fell pregnant again!
I had another stunning little boy in May this year and now it's time for a break in having babies to try to get back to a more respectable body. For myself. I love my children more than words can say but I'm never going to do it unless I do it for myself.
I managed to loose about a stone before joining SW.
I joined on 28th July weighing 16st 6 and 1/2 lb

Starting tomorrow morning I will be keeping my diary to help me keep track! I look forward to meeting everyone!

1st week I lost 2lb
2nd week I lost 6lb *Got my 1/2 stone!*
3rd week I lost 3lb *Slimmer of the week*
4th week I lost 6lb *Got my 1 stone! + SOTW*
5th week I lost 5.5lb *Got my 1.5 stone + SOTW + SOTM!!!*

Hi Teasel,

Just been looking at your Food Diary - I can't quite understand how you are categorising your HE's. On EE you only choose 1 of each HE 'a' and 'b', so yes, if your milk is your HE 'a' choice and it's spread through the day in drinks it's ok, but you can't then have Babybel's too as a HE, they have to be accounted for as Syns. I just wanted to point this out as it may slow your weight loss down without you being aware of why.

I hope you do continue to lose weight, we're all here for the same reason after all! :)

All the very best,
Hayley

Hi Teasel,

I'm extremely new on the site so I don't have full access to everything - and probably wouldn't think of looking at some-one's "OP" ( on-line profile I'm guessing???) but can I say "Congratulations" on your baby, and the fact that you're breast-feeding. You deserve all the HEx's you can have lol. I think it's the absolute best thing you can do, for your baby and for yourself - I loved the closeness of it ( and the fact that it's much easier than bottle feeding/makes you sit down and relax ) and it will speed up your weight loss too. My first child couldn't breastfeed ( due to jaw problems) but my second and third did - the youngest one for nearly 2 years. Those were the days - the oldest 2 are now at uni and the youngest is starting college in Sept! But I home educated them so I was very lucky to have such a long time with them.

Blimey, I've gone a bit off track there! I also wanted to say well done for 3lb's loss - that's great! Whatever you're doing is working very well for you and I will be rooting for it to continue for you. I mostly lose 1lb a week so it will be a long haul for me but I'm determined to keep at it for the rest of my life so it doesn't matter how long it takes to reach target.

All the very best x

Hiya Hayley,
Thank you :) I am really enjoying feeding him this time around. We struggled with first son but relishing it this time! I think breastfeeding is responsible for my losses! Either that or carrying them everywhere :) We went out all day yesterday and I carried them both! 3 month old who weighs 15lb and a 17 month old who weighs 24lb! Hoping for a reward at weigh in!!

I never lost like this consistently before. It gets so difficult if the weight loss slows down but you can do it! I'm not taking "off plan" days until I'm done. Just using flexible syns until then :)

We are also home educating our babies! Looking forward to watching them thrive :) Congratulations on doing a fabulous job!
