Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

I've been on here a while and lost some put bit back on and always done it from home.

I've messed about trying to include cheat days and weeks off and so decided that if I don't get a hold of this soon it will be Christmas and ill be no further forward.

So I'm doing a little diary to keep me on track, give me some focus.

My first official weigh in was last Monday 14st 8

I have an interim target of 12stone
Final target of 9 stone.

Weigh in is today.

I'm really nervous as I used to weigh at home all time so leaving it a whole week between is nerve racking.

Here goes I've joined a challenge to loose 50lb by Christmas.
It's a massive ask but I think I need to push myself harder on this now

Well done on the 4lb loss! That's amazing. I would also love to lose 50lb by Christmas (we seem to have very similar goals! I'm also 14st 4 and want to be 9 stone) - but I think I'll have to take it week by week :) have another great week!

No way that's what I am now.
Well we can really support each other, if I'm honest it's a big incentive because I know for a fact if your on here same stats as me next year at 9 stone and I'm same or even heavier ill be gutted as I see ppl all time who stuck at it and I gave up.

I realise I set my goal for challenge at 30lb not 50lb. I'm taking a week at a time lb by lb.
have to say going to class and seeing ppl with gains then trying week after week to get just the gain off makes me want to try hard not to be in that boat.

But I know it doesn't always work like that x
 
It is good to have someone in the same 'place' as you are, good for support. My weigh day is Wednesday, nervous about it already!
 
Less than a week - first weigh in this week! Was today your first weigh in?

Yeah other than starting weigh in at my induction.
I know first weigh in can be bigger but it's not my first week on sw I've been dabbling since may but only joined a club last week.

I was really nervous, thought of it is much more of an incentive than I ever imagined
 
Another day to get through today.

I still have to plan and battle everyday. Sounds silly.
It Is easier though. I wake up knowing my choices not craving something I can't.

I'm out shopping today so I've planned nandos and know my syns.

I need 3lb off next week to get my half stone. Not sure ill achieve it but ill give it a good try x
 
Week seems to be going well.

I need to do a plan and shop though I'm running low and its around this time I start to waiver and mess up.

My main focus is to stay to plan at a wake. I'm an emotional eater so that day is a huge challenge
 
Had lunch out while uniform shopping and managed a grilled chicken. Breast and potato.
All cooked with no fat.

Feeling a bit more in control of myself at minute
