Clare's Diary - Starting up again after a few years off!
Well I have recently joined SW again online and decided to do this thing properly once and for all. I got to my target weight of 10 stone 6lb in late 2009 (from being nearly 14 stone) and stayed at target pretty much for around 2 years.
Then gradually weight has started creeping back on until 2 weeks ago I decided to join online to get all the features of the website without the hassle of trying to get to group every week. So I weighed myself that morning and I was 11 stone 10lb. I've set my target at 10 stone this time to begin with, but I will see where I am happiest when I get down a bit lower.
The breaking point was not being able to fit in all my lovely size 12 clothes, and now struggling to fit in size 14 and 16. I'd gotten rid of all my size 18 clothes from before so the only option is onwards and downwards.
My first weigh in was a half lb loss, a bit disheartening, but I am in it to win it this time, so no going back.
I have the added incentive of getting married in just over a year's time, with lots of other weddings to go to before then.
I am also trying to go to the gym (mainly running and walking at the moment), using the Couch to 5k app 3 times a week for half an hour or more.

Well WI yesterday and maintained!! I don't think I have been drinking enough water and also have been forgetting to have my healthy extra B choice every day, naughty naughty. I will keep going, I have been to the gym tonight, starting week three of Couch to 5k.
