    Talking Veggie_Girls food diary

    I started my weight loss and Slimming World journey today at 14st 10lbs, far too heavy for my 5 foot and 4 inches!

    I'm still getting to grips with things at the moment but will try to post my food diary here each day.

    Not a great start. forgot to update my diary on day 1 !!

    So, yesterday I had:

    B - 1 x toast (HEB), peanut butter (4.5 syns) marmite
    L - Jacket potato, baked beans, cheese (HEA), fat free yoghurt
    T - Quorn steaks, SW chips, baked beans, mushy peas, dried fried egg, ketchup (1 syn)
    S - 2 x apples
    D - Black tea, green tea, diet coke, 1 x white coffee with sugar (HEA & 1 syn)

    Total syns = 6.5

    As I'm veggie I'm following the Green plan.

    B - Fruit and yoghurt
    L - Omelette, baked beans and ketchup (1 x syn)
    T - Veggie chilli, mayo (2 x syns), refried beans, salad, rice, olive oil (HEB), meringue nest (2.5 x syns), low fat creme fraiche (1.5 x syns), mixed fruit
    D - coffee with sugar (1 x syn) and milk (HEA)

    Syns = 8

    I seem to be living off baked beans, must try to mix things up a bit!

    Fell victim to a lack of planning today, don't think I've overeaten, but I've gone way over my syns

    B - 1 x toast (HEB), peanut butter (4.5 syns)
    L - Tesco's Feta and Butternut Squash salad (10.5 syns), low fat natural yoghurt, coconut (18 syns )
    T - Homemade pasta sauce, pasta, salad, mayonnaise (2 syns)
    S - Pear, doughnut peach, grapes
    D - Black tea, green tea, diet coke, 1 x white coffee with sugar (HEA & 1 syn)

    Total syns = 35 syns!!!
