Hi

Just sneaking in the back

yet again starting out on my SW journey. I have lost weight with SW before so know it can be done.

I am basically vegetarian so choose the Green Plan. I am doing SW online and weighing in at Boots.....

I am not in a hurry but it would be nice to lose 2lb a week, but 1lb a week will be welcomed.

By the way I am single, 50, work part time, and have a dog called Pickle who I enjoy walking. Walking is my main type of Body Magic ..... Leslie Sansone Rocks!
 
Hi there,

I am wondering what day to make my weigh in day at Boots..... the only two days I couldn't do is Sunday and Friday.

I got weighed yesterday as I wanted to see the damage I had done but, at the moment, my weigh in day on the website is Tuesday. I go into town Mon - Thurs so can get weighed in those days no problem

At the moment I am veering towards Tuesday but I am open to suggestions

Hi,

Not my most stella of days ..... but not my worst either. Had a baguette for lunch which was off plan. On a plus side I ate 4 figs Tomorrow some money comes through so will have jacket potato for lunch.

Had a tin of chickpea dahl with some rice for tea.

Walked nearly 3.5 miles today - yes I walked Pickle this evening.

Got a sore throat - I hope it doesn't develop into a cold.

Getting worked up over weighing in tomorrow as long as I haven't put on - but that might be wishful thinking

Scared..... but there is nothing I can do now about it

Hi there,

Had figs yesterday....... upset tummy this morning.....

Got weighed at Boots and I was delighted to find I had lost 3lb. Not sure how but......

Coming down with man-flu and haven't had the best option going today - full fat yogurt with honey was involved - but I could have done a lot worse.

Dosed myself up with paracetemol and will have an early night

The hard part will be making sure I have a loss next week

Hi there,

Did I tell you I have a cold?

Thursday was not a stella day food=wise for me - had a bauguette for lunch.... and when my food came from Asda in the evening I ate - a lot of yogurt etc.

Yesterday I slept for most of the day and had one meal - pasta, passata and marrowfat peas..... and I had two small cartons of chocolate "milk"shake

Had the third and final carton of the "milk"shake this morning/ I still feel pretty bunged up in the nose department so think its another day for TLC for me... plenty of cold relief tablets and snooze time. Might even watch some star trek!

Been up early today ..... so I'm flagging at the moment

hi Judith,

just had a quick read through your posts. ..I think as long as you weigh in on the same day/time any is fine. ...I personally weigh in on a Thursday as I find weekends difficult to keep on plan. ...I figure that if I do slip at the weekend I have until Thursday to punish myself and get those pounds back off! !!

I weigh on a Tuesday, purely because i joined the same group as my sister for a bit of moral support (also hoping my sisterly competitive side will spur me on lol).

Like blubex said, as long as you're weighing on the same day each week at roughly the same time then you can't go far wrong xx
 
I have decided that Tuesday mornings will do at the moment. I do it in Boots on the way into work.....

Food has been slightly better this last 3 days...... Discovered that I could have a carton of aplro soya chocolate shake as a HEA which was good.

Pay day coming up...... I'll have to try and get something different to eat...... at least get the frozen veg out the freezer and use them.

I will walk Pickle later on...... not sleeping too good and thats always a dangerous sign.

Got weighed today...... put on a pound.

I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't dissapointed but here's to better week this week - says she who has had chocolate bars today and a baguette.....

At least I've got my water in.
 
Its only being lazy which is keeping me from going up the shop tonight...... and if I went I doubt whether any fizzy water would be got.

I've had chocolate today 3 bars - and a baguette for lunch.

I now have a week and a half off of work..... hopefully I can shift some weight!
 
Back up to 13st today. Decided to weigh on a Monday from now on in, as if I am going to cheat at all it'll be MOnday lunch time

Disappointed in myself but not surprised

Looks like theres some serious saving of money to be done so will be using up the tins I have in the cupboard so I could be getting creative
 
Pickle is a brilliant name for a dog! Such a great reason to get out and about. Do you keep a food diary? It may help you keep on plan if you can see what you are eating and reflect back on either good or bad weeks. Hang in there, if it was easy then none of us would be here! X
 
Just draw a line under your gain and start fresh tomorrow. Are you still planning to weigh in the morning? My weight fluctuates daily so you could weigh less tomorrow.

I agree with edinemma, my food diary helps to keep me on track. I take pics of my food for the day so that if I lose motivation in the future then I can look back and see how much I can actually eat without feeling deprived.

Pickle is a really cool name lol although I called my eldest that when I was pregnant with her so I couldn't name one of the dogs that. My boys are Merlin and Phoenix aka moo-moo and fleabag lol.

Monday's are it. I have changed my day with online membership

It could have been much worse.

Had a jacket potato with beans and cheese no butter when out....This leads to guestimates and wheezes I say the cheese was cheddar - and 30g as a HEA..

For tea I had pasta and a pasta sauce (3syns)/

For supper I had weetabix and semi-skimmed milk

This morning for breakfast I had a chocolate bar -12 syns

Been drinking plenty of sparkling water.....
 
Weighed in this morning .... must admit with a little trepidation....

all I can say is that I'm glad I weighed in this morning as lunch time I went to a cafe and decided to NOT have the jacket potato..... so I went with sausage and chips..... I didn't really enjoy it...... chips weren't thick and had a lot of salt and vinegar on them.

Not sure how to syn lunch but I am thinking of putting it in a bubble and try hard not to think about it.... carry on as if nothing had happened!

I LOST 3lb this week......

I am feeling quite quietly determined
 
On Monday I weighed myself and found I had a maintain...... disappointed by not surprised. Couldn't face putting it in the SW site and being treated like I had gained......

Been eating crap for England all week. Money was tighter than tight and so aside from eating my weight in chocolate I've been using food in the freezer - some ready meals. Didn't dare think about the syns I've had.

Running out of meds isn't helping - I will need to get to the surgery first thing on Monday and hope the receptionist is sympathetic. This is also making me think perhaps I should get weighed tomorrow as it ain't going to happen Monday!

I'm angry and disappointed in my self.... chocolate head doesn't help
