I am starting over again, was here about a year ago and my loss was very slow, got disheartened and gave up.
I hope starting my diary will help me to get focused, and start to lose again.
I suffer from really bad depression, so motivation and night time binges are my biggest hurdles.
Just going to focus on one day at a time for now.
 
Day 2
Missed breakfast
Lunch- mugshot, plum, apple
Supper - Baked pot, beans,
HE B- alpen light/1
Syns - Freddo 5 - 2 choc snackajacks 5 = 10

Breakfast - missed - appetite bad in mornings
Lunch - protein shake, oats, banana
Supper - chicken, baked pot, green beans, carrots, gravy
He A - ss milk
He B - Alpen light
Syns - gravy 2, freddo 5, 2 snack jack 5, protein powder 3 = 15
 
Day 4 EE

Breakfast /Lunch - Protein shake/oats/banana
Supper - Chick, Baked pots, green beans, brocolli, gravy
He A - s milk
He B - oats, alpen lite
Syns - freddo - 5, 2 snack a jack - 5, gravy 2, protein powder 3 = 15
Snacks - apple, nectarine
 
Day 5 EE

Breakfast/Lunch - Protein shake, banana, oats.
Afternoon - plum, nectarine
Supper - baked pot, beans, i dairylea extra light/ mullerlite
Hex A - milk, dairylea triangle
Hex B - oats, alpen light
Syns - freddo 5 - 2 snackajack 5 = 10
 
Day 6 EE

Breakfast - Porridge/banana
Lunch - nectarine/satsuma
Supper - chick/veg casserole - mullerlight
He A - milk,
He B - oats
Syns - freddo/2 snack a jack = 10

Lunch - grapes
Supper - baked chips, 2 eggs, beans - shape yog

He B - oats, 1 alpen light
Syns - 2 snack a jack, freddo = 10
Nectarine
 
Week 2 - Day 8 EE

Weigh in at home this morning, lost 2lb.
Breakfast - Porridge/banana
Lunch - Mugshot
Supper - Chick/Boiled pots/carrots/sprouts
He A - Milk
He B - porridge/alpen light
Syns - freddo 5, 2 snack a jack 5, gravy 3 = 13
 
Week 2 - Day 9 EE

Breakfast - Protein shake/oats/banana
Lunch - Satsuma, Apple
Supper - Chicken, boiled pots, cauli, brocolli, gravy - mullerlight and strawberries
He A - milk
He B - Oats, Alpen light
Syns - freddo 5, 2 snack a jack 5, gravy 2, protein powder 3 = 15
 
Thank you, was hoping for bigger loss first week, its a loss though :)

Like you say, it's a loss. I don't usually have the same huge loss that everyone else seems to have on their first week of a diet. This time starting was the first time I'd had a big loss xx

He B - Oats, alpen light
Syns - freddo 5, 2 snack a jack 5, protein powder 3 = 13
Fruit - grapes, orange
 
Week 2 - Day 12 - EE

Breakfast - Protein shake, oats, half a banana
Lunch - Mugshot, nectarine
Supper - 2 eggs, baked chips, half a banana, mullerlight
He A - milk
He B - oats, alpen light
Syns - Freddo 5, 2 snack a jack 5, protein powder 3 = 13
Fruit - grapes, pear, nectarine, banana
