    Gems Diary - 7 Stone to go...

    I joined slimming world on Saturday after my doctor advised me that my health is starting to suffer and that it is detrimental that I do something now. He suggested slimming world.
    I have been on lots of diets most of my life but I have never managed to stick to it for very long and I always seem to weigh more than when I started.
    I know I have to do this and am determined to do this.
    I am 32 and I have 7 Stone to lose.
