Right so I'm back! I've been on and off eating plans for the past few years but the last year more off than on. On the 2nd January 2014 I had my gallbladder removed due to massive infected stones. I feel a lot better since that's been gone but also eating rubbish too!

I've decided to do slimming world from home with my mum. So got great support there. I'll be weighing in on a Saturday morning and posting whatever I feel I need to succeed. Hopefully this time I'll get to target!

Quite excited now!!!!
 
Just thought of a positive thing - although starting again I've not put all the weight back on.

Breakfast- potato cakes with onion and chilli. 2 rashers bacon
 
Yesterday was day one.

Was syn free until chippy tea of 2 saveloys and sharing chips worked out at 22 syns.

Syn count 22/105

Today am syn free so far but am having roast pork dinner so will spend some on gravy and crackling.

2 syns for gravy
7.5 for crackling

Syn count 31.5/105
 
So far so good today. No syns eaten as yet but the night is young.

Breakfast - egg bacon potato cakes

Lunch - mug shot and a pear

Dinner - leftover pork hotpot

Not a lot of eating so far as been busy and kind of forgot. Whoops!
 
Day 4

So far so free food

No syns as yet but am sure when I get home from darts that I'll be hungry and use my hexB and some syns
 
Feeling good! Going to try magic couscous for breakfast. 50g of dry couscous mixed with a muller light left in the fridge overnight.

Looking forward to Saturday morning weigh in. Joined a quarterly challenge today to keep me on track.
 
Just made syn free sausages. Extra lean pork mince and turkey mince with herbs and spices then wrapped in bacon. Can't wait for tea now! :)
 
Lost 2.6lbs so not too bad. Got to be happy it's going down. New week.

Probably snacked on 12 syns earlier as has to rush out. Not so good.

Not really expecting to lose this week as got a friends wedding to go to. Full sit down meal and evening nibbles. I'll have a flexi syn day on Thursday. Rest of the week I'll be good.
