Hi All, so I have decided to start a weight loss diary as a tracker for myself and to keep myself motivated! I will tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Emma, I'm 28 and currently working full time as well as studying 2 nights a week. In June last year I started slimming world and lost 3 stones in 4 months, but since then I have put on and lost but never got past that 3 stone mark. In the last couple of months I have slowly put on a stone and I've had enough. That along with being bridesmaid in March (my dress doesn't zip up at the minute btw) have given me the motivation to get back on track.
