Hello folks, as the title suggests really... Need a kick up the backside from time to time and some motivation and inspiration!! Had 4 stone to lose in total, lost around 9lbs on my own before joining sw almost there weeks ago and I've lost 7lbs so far yey!!

However I'm already sneakily going off plan and don't want to so this so early on as I know I've got a long journey ahead of me!

Help and support needed to keep me going :) xx
 
Wow you've made a fantastic start well done you!! You'll be at target in no time and just think how great you'll feel!

I've not had a great week, I've not had a full serving of anything too naughty but I've forever been pinching a bit of everyone else's chips/sausage etc etc.... I also had a doughnut in Blackpool!! Ooops.... But was very very delicious!!!

Weigh in later today for me...

When do you weigh in?? Are you doing ee?

Going to try my very best to have a good week as I'm out Friday and Saturday this week ? xx
 
Hi rachael. You've done so well so far! Best thing to do is keep a diary and write down everything! ( she says! ) I don't have much to lose but found I've been gaining recently so also need a kick up the back end!!

I have a terrible habit of only writing down the good stuff and completely ignoring all the crap I've eaten!!
Complete fluke and lost 0.5 lbs today so it's given me a positive outlook to be extra good this week as have two parties this weekend ?
 
I kind of do that too. If I don't write down the bad things I've eaten I didn't eat it!

Well do everything on your loss too. That's great. I need a new weigh day and get my head properly back in the game!

i've been undecided for the last few weeks about what diet to do! i've done SW before and always lost well on it but just never stuck to it!! i think i'm going to sign up online! and get going! would love to buddy up for support!!!

I do have a diary somewhere on here but it'll be easier to start afresh on here...

So today I've had so far a mugshot!! That's all, having a crappy day, little girl is teething so is wingy and clingy! I've not had a minute to do anything. My plan was to go to asda and make a cauliflower cheese bake but that's not going to happen now so I'm thinking a jacket with cheese and beans for later and maybe fruit and yoghurt.

I have also just eaten a small handful of dry roasted nuts (4 syns) and a quarter of a crumpet with dairy lea.. Picking at my babies lunch!! (2syns)

These are the little bits that add up that I don't record and think I've been 100% when I've not!!! So that's already 6 syns on pickings!!

Picking is my problem as well, it's when you "forget" about them little bits because it's not a meal!! but well done for recording them :)

So far today i didn't have breakfast and this is because i was a piggy yesterday and ate EVERYTHING in sight so i was still full up!!! Lunch was chicken, boiled egg with salad was yummy and really fulling!! This was before i decided to go back to Slimming World, i went to M&S at lunch time but thought no i cannot have a sandwich...be good! and worked out well :D also had some count on us s&v crisps (4 1/2 syns)....just having a cup of tea with my healthy b choice of Special K chewy delight chocolate!! yummy! tonight is salmon with stir fry veggies and noodles with a sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)........i'm feeling determined!!! i'm weighing in on saturday mornings so this week won't be a full week but i don't want to put it off anymore!!!

Also, just to give my background - i'm 24, 5ft 3 and 14st 10lbs....bleurgh!! i want to be a size ten so not neccesarily weight focused but i reckon that will need to get to around 10 stone! my goal date is my birthday on 21st May so i have about 7 months!! i'm feeling excited now! xxx

You will easy loose that and a very good timescale to do it in!!

yes i know exactly what you mean! to be a size in any shop rather than as you say in just the big size shops.....then that means in those shops that are more generous with sizing you will probably be a size 10!

ahhh right i see!! well there's still a few months left until January - although i can't believe how quickly this year is going!!!

Alot has happened to me this year....i broke up with my ex in March - we were together 4 years, had a mortgage the lot! but things just don't work sometimes and i just plucked up the courage and i'm so glad i did! so now it's time to get myself to goal once and for all!! i've been reading the inspiration stories online this afternoon!! .... obviously i'm working hard today! lol!!

I have a diary if anyone wants to join in there.

I work in childcare so understand about picking food off plates!! It just slips in without realising!! And all adds up too.

I'm bad in the evenings. I try wait as long as possible to eat tea but still end up picking and snacking in the evenings in front of the TV
 
Hi how do we find your diary? I use my phone and not sure how to do it on here.

Well just had my tea, had jacket with cheese (hex a) and a pack of super noodles! Very odd combination it's all I ate when I was pregnant and I just fancied it tonight!

Got a yoghurt here waiting but I'm a bit full for now, had a late tea as baby was playing up.

I used to be bad for snacking after tea but I'm not that bad now to be honest as I don't get much time in front of the tv so it puts me off snacking.

So a success today although not completely healthy as not had my hex b and not had any super free xx

Aww sorry to hear you broke up. I left my ex about three years ago after 7 years. Nothing really happened apart from I changed and wanted different things so I walked away. Was heartbreaking at the time. We too had mortgage etc but things always work out for the best. I now have a great new partner and our little 8 month old daughter and we've ended up living back in the house I had with my ex (long story) but couldn't be happier.... Oh wait, lose three stone that'll make me slightly happier!! Xx
