My Food Diary- Green Days Only!

This is my 3rd diary here...

First was slimming world, then Exante.
I have done probably every diet going, but once I am in the swing of things and plan plan plan then Slimming World is the one that works for me. I am making Another journal mainly to track my food diary.
I dont do it to the rules and I weigh at home, or on Boots scales!
I follow Green Days only and aim to do syn free everyday except for on a Saturday, which is my 'cheat' day.
I will weigh every Saturday morning.

As of the 3/11/14 I was too scared to weigh myself, but I will say 15st. I weighed myself today and it said I was 14.11, although my scales are a bit iffy and I will be buying new ones next week.

Tomorrow will be my cheat day and then 100% back on plan Sunday.

03/11/14- 15st 0lb
07/11/14- 14st.11lb LOST 3lbs
15/11/14- 14st 10lbs- LOST 1lb
22/11/14- 14st 10lbs- STS
29/11/14- 14st 9lbs- LOST 1lb

Today I measured my hips - 123cm and my waist is 97cm, I weighed myself and again am 14.11

I have eaten-

Breakfast- plum toms on toast with 1 boiled egg
snack- 1 satsuma, 2 bananas and a pack of snack a jacks sweet chili ( 4.5syns)
Lunch- ratatouille
Dinner- 4 chocoalte snack a jacks and a box of Belgium chocs... They were amaze lol

So new day today, back on plan.

Breakfast- cup of tea and a banana
Lunch- jacket with ex ex lite laughing cow triangle and a salad
Dinner- stir fry
pudding- fruit and muller lite
snacks- bananas, satsumas, oranges
 
I stuck to plan and ate the above.
Today-
Lunch- beans on toast with 2 boiled eggs and yoghurt with chopped banana.
Dinner- jacket potato, salad and ex lite laughing cow cheese.
Pudding- frozen berries, yoghurt and orange
 
Hiya, lol I know! It was my treat day so I won't feel guilty lol.

Today food is-

Snacks- banana and oranges
Dinner- Either ratatouille or jacket pot with veg.
Pudding- fruit and yog

I stuck to plan yesterday- again no syns!
I did have a tin of beans as well at some point as I was hungry.

Today I have eaten-

Breakfast- Beans on toast with scrambled egg
Banana
Dinner- jacket potato, broccoli, carrots, 2 yorkshire puds (2 small asda smart price) 2x purple laughing cow cheese and a bit of gravy.
Pudding- fruit and yog with 2 oranges
 
Because I like to eat what i want on a sat :)

Yesterday I had-

Plum tomatoes on toast
jacket with beans and purple laughing cow cheese
1 choc snack a jack
2 bits of a terrys choc orange
small bowl of pasta with uncle bens sauce and 3 pieces of small garlic bread
6 peanut cookies- Oopsies

I weighed myself today- I only lost 1lb.
Not surprising seeing as I haven't done any exercise and been a bit lazy.

Will be back on plan tomorrow as its my treat day :)
I have got a choc moose, ben and jerrys and nutella. oops but it is my favorite! I will do some walking next week if its dry.
 
Well, what a fat week I have had- I havent stuck to plan AT ALL. I have eaten out ALL week and eaten waht I wanted each time!
No exercise either....
I will try harder next week!
I weighed myself this morning- 14.10 and hips 123cm

Thanks hun! Well I'm still not back on track! I need a good kick up the bum! I've decided to do exante for 2 days, remembering how awful that is will surely remind me why sw is amazing and why I need to get back on it! X

never heard of exante?
but I know SW is good :D
 
I think if you get back on SW you should use your daily syns, they actually help the losses and will stop you getting bored. Good luck
