    Honey Bee's Weight Loss Diary

    Hey Everyone!

    I have decided to go back to Slimming world! I Lost 3 stone last year through a combination of going to the gym and Juice Plus. Then in January this year i met my current partner and stopped going to the gym as much and from March onwards i have pretty much just been eating what i want! So slowly but surely the weight has crept back on and i have put a stone and a half back on id like to loose this and maybe another stone and a half as well and im hoping Slimming World is the way to go! ive done slimming world before but a good few years ago and i hear things are a lot different now! im going to my first class on Wednesday, very exciting xx

    Well done losing the weight before. That's the only thing about things like Juice Plus, they're not as sustainable long term.

    I think it was more to do with the gym that I lost weight to be honest rather than Juice plus. That and the fact I was only having one meal a day and two shakes. I've tried doing it again but found it too difficult....I want to eat food ha!

    Does anyone know what a beef stew is like on syns? I don't join class till wed so don't have all my stuff get but I've got a beef stew in the slow cooker for tonight so may have some tomorrow if there's some left. It's just diced beef and veg with a stock made from a knorr stock pot thingy! Oh and a few spuds!

    Meat should be free as long as visible fat is removed, veg will be free, just not sure on the stock?
    Otherwise it all sounds 'free'
    Can't imagine the stock will have many syns if any?

    Got out of work late so only managed 45 mins on the cross trainer...now off home to take the dog for a walk and check on my stew
