Still have 13 syns to play with from carrying them over :)

I find that I like easy foods as don't always make time to cook properly!
Also, can see that I don't have enough fruit and veg!!
Is it ok to mix and match the healthy extras? Maybe I went over a little bit or maybe not?

Here to sub :)

Your food sounds good but as you said, you need to make sure you're having 1/3 superfree with your meals. I'm not sure on carrying Hex's over as it's not something I've done but splitting Hex's is fine. Good luck with your journey xx

Yeh I think I need to make sure I'm having more superfree fruit and veg!
Thanks for your post!
I wouldn't usually carry over my healthy extras but I forgot to have it that day....probably won' do it again! Good to know you can mix them though as I don't think I could make it through a working day without a lovely cup of tea!

I'm more of a coffee person but I drink peppermint tea at work so I don't have to worry about working out milk lol. I don't usually have Hex's to carry over as I take hi-fi bars to eat for breakfast on the way to work and then have something with toast for breakfast on a weekend so they all get used. I could probably split my hea during the week as I don't drink as much coffee but as I use almond milk, I can have 1ltr per day and I definitely don't use that much xx
