My Extra Easy Slimming World diary - what have I eaten?

So, back to slimming world. On my 6th day so I thought I would start a diary to record what I have eaten.

    Monday 10th November 2014
    Breakfast:
    Strawberry Nutri-grain bar (6.5 syns)
small amount of milk for a cup of tea (part of HEA)
    Lunch:
    2 brown bread (HEB)
1 dariylea light triangle as the filling (as I figure I can mix and match a little bit of my HEA)
    Tea:
Jacket Potato with spaghetti hoops (free)

Total syns=6.5 so carried the rest over...

    Tuesday 11th November 2014
    Breakfast:
    Strawberry Nutri-grain bar (6.5 syns)
Small amount of milk for a cup of tea (HEA)
    Lunch:
Plain pasta (free-but pretty boring lunch)
    Tea:
Batchelors Pasta n Sauce (chicken and mushroom) made with skimmed milk (free + HEA)
    Snack: Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Total syns=12.5 so carried the rest over...(again)
Didn't eat my healthy extra B so I also carried it over (is that allowed???)

    Wednesday 12th November 2014
    Breakfast:
    Coco shreddies (dry) (HEB)
small amount of milk for a cup of tea (part of HEA)
    Lunch:
    Mugshot (chicken) (free)
    Grapes (superfree)
salt and vinegar snack a jacks (4.5syns)
    Tea:
mashed potatoeswith 2 dairylea triangles (free + HEA)
4 Weightwatchers cumberland sausages (2 syns)

Total syns=6.5 so carried the rest over...again

    Thursday 13th November 2014
    Breakfast:
    Coco shreddies (dry) (HEB)
small amount of milk for a cup of tea (part of HEA)
    Lunch:
    Mugshot (chicken) (free)
    2 babybel lights (HEA)
    Quavers (4.5syns)
    Tea:

Paprika chips with egg (wow) (free)
    Snack:
    Highlights hot chocolate (2 syns)
    Curly Wurly (6 syns)
    Quavers (4.5 syns)

Total syns: 17 (good job I carried some over!)

    Friday 14th November 2014
    Breakfast:
    Strawberry Nutri-grain bar (6.5 syns)
small amount of milk for a cup of tea (part of HEA)
    Lunch:
    Grapes (superfree)
    2 dairylea light triangles (HEA)
    Quavers (4.5 syns)
    2 wholemeal bread (HEB)
    Tea:

Jacket Potato with spaghetti hoops (free)
    Snack:
    Highlights hot chocolate (2 syns)
    2 Ritz crackers (2 syns)
    Quavers (4.5 syns)
    6 crackerbread (carried over HEB)

2 philadelphia light tubs (HEA - maybe I shouldn't mix and match)

Total syns = 19.5 (again, some used from saved over syns)

Still have 13 syns to play with from carrying them over

I find that I like easy foods as don't always make time to cook properly!
Also, can see that I don't have enough fruit and veg!!
Is it ok to mix and match the healthy extras? Maybe I went over a little bit or maybe not?

Your food sounds good but as you said, you need to make sure you're having 1/3 superfree with your meals. I'm not sure on carrying Hex's over as it's not something I've done but splitting Hex's is fine. Good luck with your journey xx

Yeh I think I need to make sure I'm having more superfree fruit and veg!
    Thanks for your post!
I wouldn't usually carry over my healthy extras but I forgot to have it that day....probably won' do it again! Good to know you can mix them though as I don't think I could make it through a working day without a lovely cup of tea!

I'm more of a coffee person but I drink peppermint tea at work so I don't have to worry about working out milk lol. I don't usually have Hex's to carry over as I take hi-fi bars to eat for breakfast on the way to work and then have something with toast for breakfast on a weekend so they all get used. I could probably split my hea during the week as I don't drink as much coffee but as I use almond milk, I can have 1ltr per day and I definitely don't use that much xx
