Defecting

Hi there everyone

So this is me..... Im Sam, 34, live with my hubby who never puts on weight and my super skinny stepdaughter and my 4 cats....oh and im forever battling with my weight. At my biggest I was nearly 17 stone. I got to 11 stone 10 in March 2013 but since then have steadily increased and am now verging on 13 stone. I lost all my weight with weight watchers but am struggling to be motivated with it anymore. I did lose 2 stone with slimming world many years ago so I am going to have a go with that.

My problem is I can't afford to attend classes at the moment and as I am a helper at ww I get it free so im defecting to sw but getting weighed at ww.

My sw knowledge is quite limited and in the new year when the offers are on I will attend a class and get all the info so until then im going to muddle along with my limited knowledge and see how I go. Im starting properly on monday but going to use the next few days to get back into it. Im hoping to make lots of friends who will guide me and give me support and hopefully im not a pain.

So day 1 and this is my plan: I think its extra easy.

B - weetabix
L - diced chicken in a coronation dressing with natural yoghurt and curry powder and baked potato and salad
D - jacket potato and beans

Snacks - fruit, muller light and a ww bar that I think will be 4 syns (its 87 calories)

How does that sound?

Plenty of us around to help you out if you have any questions. Looking at your menu you need to have superfree foods that amount to 1/3 of your plate at each meal so add banana (or other fruit) to your weetabix, lunch is good but you need another superfree food at dinner x

Thank you. I will do that for breakfast tomorrow. Im still just finding my feet as it was red and green when I last did it with 2 hea and 2 heb so im trying to get my head around it. So I changed dinner to a tuna jacket potato with salad would that be better?

Yes that's better. You can still follow red and green days as they were before but if doing EE then superfree foods must be with each meal. I've just started this too, it was red and green when I last did it too x
