My food diary :)

Hi all so I've finally decided to write my own food diary after following some others for a while. I pretty much take pictures of every meal I cook anyway so thought I would share them and you can never have to much support :) will do my best to keep updated regulary (if anyone reads it)

So a bit about me,
I'm Amy I'm 28 years old and live in Devon, I have three amazing children ages 9 and 15month old twins. I decided to join sw 6 weeks after I had the twins I really struggled through my pregnancy and knew I had to do something about it! After trying all the fad diets out there I was skeptical but I honestly couldn't see my life without sw in and and to date I have lost 3.5 stone. It's coming off very gradually but I am happy to do it this way and allow myself to still enjoy myself along the way :D
Will post a few pics of some food I've made recently and will start updating each meal from tomorrow.
Thanks for reading xxx

Hiya I adapted it slightly for myself I used stock pots instead of cubes I usually put two in to fill the slow cooker, I also added a herb infusion stock pot (1.5) syns and cooked it on low in the slow cooker for around 4 hours.
Thank you getting there slowly lol :) xx

No problem :) yeah it is syn free Aslong as you chop the fat from the bacon or if you add the herb stock pot it would be 1.5 for the whole thing but dried herbs are free. How are you finding it so far?xx

Breakfast prepared for the morning overnight oats I use 28g of oats layer the bottom with the oats then add fat free fromAge frais then top with summer berries then another layer of oats finished off by some more fromAge frais. Before bed give it a quick stir and the yogurt soaks up the oats ready for the morning. I love this breakfast it's nice and refreshing but so filling aswell :)

Sure, I used two chicken fillets cooked them through in a wok with some frylight then added frozen sweet corn and a tin of creamed corn
2 chicken stock pots (made quite a big batch)
Then fill the pan with water and bring to boil then leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Then add two eggs and simmer until the eggs set do not boil xx

Bit of a plain dinner for me tonight it's just a bachelors Chinese flavour rice packet with chicken breast strips. Don't have much time to prepare anything this evening I usually prepare it early on so I just have to finish it off but been a bit lazy today the twins are full of a cold too :( I am off to trim and tone in an hour hence the quick meal.

Syn free xx
