Starting SW at Christmas Time

Hi everyone, my name is Catherine. In 2011, I lost 4 stone doing slimming world going from 14st 10lb to 10st 10lb. Once I got to target, I began exercising three times a week doing spin classes and kettlebell classes. However I started a new job in July and now I sit all day long. By the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is go out to exercise. Sure enough, the weight has crept back on. I weighed myself this morning for the first time in about a month and discovered it has crept up to 11st 10.5lb :sigh: I feel absolutely DREADFUL and ashamed of myself!!
I'm drawing a line under it today, as I remember how I felt when I was bigger, and how bad it felt. And I remember how good I felt when I slimmed down.
Does anyone have any advice or words of support?? I need all the help I can get this time I think!

Hi Catherine
You know the plan works as you've done it before - so just get back on track and you'll start to lose again.
I've just re-joined a class after leaving in 2010, so we're in the same boat really. I thought joining at this time would help to get me focused and maybe avoid any large gains over Christmas - seems to be working for me.
And ..... there's a new plan which we should receive next week!!
