So i went back to group and got my new books aswell as stepping on the dreaded scales which wasn't pleasant, however.....have now been fruit n veg shopping and feeling positive.
Food for Monday planned
b. pineapple/blueberries/orange - free
l. homemade tomato soup - free
d. Fish? Veg?
s. apple/banana
he. porridge and milk

So having this as my little diary will really help I feel. Visitors at home tonight and there is talk of chip shop, which will be fine as no syns today so far so could have a small fishcake or small fish and take the batter off. Already have some veg in so no need for chips. Hope you are all ok :)
 
I find having a diary really does help, it's helped me def this time round!
And you can look back on things too especially if you log everything you have...you can then see what you did on weeks where you had good losses etc....or the times when you may have gone off track...like me at the moment! :rolleyes::D
 
Yes completely agree. I see that u weigh in on a Saturday too? I weigh in on Saturday but didn't really get back on the wagon till today so am hoping will have lost however i know i can't expect a massive loss but hopefully week after should be going the right direction. Plus will be back into the gym routine which will def help! My planned day for tomorrow is

Thinking towards new year am a little concerned. We r having a few people round and have leftover crisps / biscuits / wine from Christmas to use up. Really need to steer clear. Have got some carrots cucumber peppers etc in so hoping i can be strong and resist!!! Willpower at its best!
 
Yes, I like having a saturday weigh-in, means should you have a bit too much treats at weekend , you got all week to make up for it :D

After my 2 lbs gain Sat just gone , i have been back on plan for just one day....and am trying to get back on plan properly again....tomorrows the day i think :)
 
Yes good for us!! Will be great to get on scales on Saturday and have lost...just got to be positive and keep doing what we know we should be doing. hope today goes ok
 
Woop woop ! Well done u :) just popped out to my friends had a small wine, some nibbly carrots cucumber n houmous. had my porridge n milk earlier. Not a great food day as been so busy at work n rushing round but still within syns so feeling more positive :)
