I had a good first day :) Had a little walk. Currently watching the Katie Hopkins programme to spur me on! Tomorrow I am back to work and have made up my pack lunch ready for Day 2 :)

Coming to the end of my first week on plan :) I certainly have not gone hungry. I am looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning, aiming for a 3 lbs loss. I am keeping very planned and focused with my food. I don't feel I have missed out at all. I have kept the same/similar dinners, just using my syns for those. I haven't had my full allowance of syns each day. Not sure it that is a good thing or not?

Hi Millie this food sounds so good! I need to start making soups like you but after work I never have the effort in me or I'm rushing straight back out. Good luck with the weigh-in on Monday, I hope you hit the 3 lbs. It's my first weigh-in too. Any loss is good for me :)
 
Thanks Dan - 3 lb off for me Whoop Whoop!! I tend to Batch cook and freeze my soups. So yesterday I made some and froze 9 portions which will keep me going for a couple of week's.

Good Luck for your weigh in - fingers crossed :)
