Hello one and all,

Well that's me back on the wagon for 2015. I'm more determined than ever that this year I will SUCCEEEEED! :superwoman:

My starting weight today was 14st 1lb, Hubster and I have agreed to take January to eat the remaining 'nasties' (but oh so lovely!) that are still in the house and then from the 1st Feb that will be our kick off date!

Hopefully this week we will book our summer 2015 holiday :character00180: (June) and we've agreed to start trying for a baby! :heartpump:

So from today, although there will still be some un-healthy things in the eating plan, I'm going to start small by increasing the water and green tea, fruit and vegetables and try and decrease the bad things.

Todays eats have so far been :-

B - x2 weetabix, skimmed milk
S - Nectarine, x1 babybell light
L - Small wholemeal roll, x1 slice of pork with stuffing and apple sauce, x1 bag of Walkers baked ready salted crisps
S - Muller Greek whipped yogurt
T - Beef raviloi with bolognese sauce with a couple of slices of tomato and garlic bread

I'm going to make some Lentil, Vegetable and tomato soup tonight for tomorrows lunch which if I pack with a good chilli kick, should hopefully get rid of the last of the germy bug!

I'm also following the ********* Sw Photo challenge which is helping to keep me a bit on track and I've looked at the website for some more snacks and lunch ideas.

I'm hoping for any support that you wonderul lot can give me and I look forward to joining in again and making friends to help on their journeys too. :grouphugg:

Lots a love
Ria-Lou

Oops just noticed that I've spelt 'determined' wrong on the title! Hehehehe!

I've had to go to the Dr's tonight and I've got a chest infection an had to have some antibiotics which means no drinking for me when we go round to friends on Saturday!

Lunch for tomorrow is in the pan and simmering away with an extra chilli kick to help shift the germs!

I hope peeps will help to support me as I know I've not been on here for a while but I couldn't do without the support and tips that you amazing lot can offer!

Xxx

Morning all,

Well I feel generally ok in myself despite the pain in my chest from the infection, I've got to have a weeks course of antibiotics which means no drinking for me on saturday.

Todays eats are:-
B - 35g bran flakes, skimmed milk
S - Shape yogurt
L - Lentil, Vegetable and Tomato soup - with an extra kick of chilli!
S - Apple and peach
T - might have to be something comforting like a small portion of oven chips and beans with something pie like!

Hope you all have a super day
x

Subscribing sweetheart! You can totally do this! xxxx

Love you too Jess xx

Tea update - seeing as I'm feeling a bit grotty, we've gone for boiled potato, carrots, peas and a small meat and potato pie and gravy. I know the pie will be high in syns but we are still getting through the January food stuff, so I thought I'd balance it out with veggies!

Tonight will include laying on the sofa with the hubster looking after me !

Hope all my lovelies have a good night xxxx

Sorry for my absence for the last couple of days, I've got a bad chest infection and had to go back to the Dr yesterday who sent me to A&E for a chest X-ray. It all came back clear so they think the pain is inflammation of my lung lining.

Yesterday was a non SW day and today is slightly back on track with breakfast being a 35g bowl of bran flakes with skimmed milk, although I now have to admit that I've just about eaten a 75g box of maltesers!!
Lunch is probably going to be pasta with some pasatta and what ever else I can find to chuck in.

Hope my gorgeous girlies are having a good day xxxxx

Poor you lovely. Glad the doc was cautious and sent you for an x-ray. Hopefully you'll be on the mend soon.

Well done for trying to get back on it today. It's always so hard when you're poorly. You just have to give your body what it asks for...if that's Maltesers, so be it ;)

Aaw thanks lovely, I feel better today than yesterday and the pain seems to be easing so back at work tomorrow!

I've only eaten half the pack and have just had a peach and apple, got to have lunch about 2pm to take antibiotics then!

Hubster has confirmed that our summer holiday is booked so big heave ho on the diet and exercise will commence from next week!

Countdown is 23 weeks tomorrow! Eeeek!

Very nice! We need to book our holiday - I want some sunshine to look forward to! We went to Mexico last year and loved it but feel like trying somewhere different this year perhaps. xxx

We looked at Tenerife last year but the flights out we're horrible! So we looked again this year and found a good one for a good price so we booked it!
I've just worked out the if I lose 2lbs a week that should be over 2 stone!

I've just re-looked at my SW books and have looked at new light bites to try and get the snacking under control and lunches that I want to try.

I NEED to do it this time so I've told the hubster that if he doesn't want to do it then so be it but I do so there!!

Here to subscribe :)

Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly, just take it easy, eat well (that doesn't have to be massively healthy when you are sick :D) and drink plenty and you'll be fighting fit in no time.

Holiday countdowns are so exciting, I haven't been away in ages!!

Thank you, I feel better today thank goodness!
Been a bit naughty with the eats but will be back in it like a rocket next week as the holiday is in 23 weeks!!
