    Countdown to getting preggers

I tried SW many years ago and lost 3 stone. I've kept the majority off but still have a long way to go.

I decided to sign up again on 3rd Jan 2015 and loved my first day at class (did not love what the scales revealed).

Been doing really well since Saturday and been 100% every day (newbie enthusiasm).

My goal is to lose weight in order to be at a healthy weight as we are trying to conceive. I had a miscarriage last month on my first ever pregnancy which was really difficult. Decided that SW will be great way to be positive and to do something practical to give us all of the help we need to try again.

Partner very, very, very supportive and coming along for the ride

Had amazing dessert last night. Strawberries, raspberries, meringue nest and quark with options white choc. It was delicious.

Glad that my period has returned after my miscarriage. It means we can start trying again and we'll know where we are date wise.

Feeling really positive on plan this week. Tuna steaks, roasted butternut squash and salad tonight

First weigh in today, feeling a bit anxious to see the result as I've been 100% all week. Period finished yesterday but thinking might still have the bloated effect which could affect my weigh in.

Only 2.5 lbs in my first week. Humph.... First week weigh ins for me are usually big. Ah well, went to the gym after class and again yesterday.
