Well hello all!
So I kicked off Slimming World last week. I am getting married in June 2016 and i'd like to get to goal weight by Christmas 2015 and then tone up and get a bit fitter next year in the run up to the big day. I'd read up a lot on SW before I went to group and I know a lot of people that rave about it and it sound likes a healthy/sensible plan. Previously I have done the Cambridge Diet and I lost weight VERY quickly - but I also put it all back on in 2 months.
I'm currently 15st 3lbs and 5ft9in. I'd like to get to 11st.
My weigh in days are Mondays and I intend to attend the group sessions, so i'll keep posting my progress.
