Hi people :)

This shall be my online food diary.
I still haven't worked out syns (S's) yet...it's come. I do need 'correcting as I go along, if someone is willing to do that ?

Day 1


* 2 Weetabix with sweetener. Milk from allowance. / Banana / milky tea
* 2 egg omelette with tomatoes. I tiny pat of butter (2 syns ? ) / milky tea.
* 2 roast chicken things, all fat removed. Veg..carrots/sprouts/turnip or swede. Dry roast potatoes. Gravy...I'm putting down 6 syns because I don't know how many it is...I love gravy ! )
* Banana /grapes. 1 sachet Horlicks made with water...don't know how many syns so will put 6

* Extra milk used 250 of The One milk...I'll say 3 syns ?
 
DAY 2

*2 Weetabix + milk
*Banana
*300ml 1% fat milk

* tomato/spring onion 2 egg omelette
* grapes
*Digestive biscuit 3 syns

* pressure cooked mixed veg.
* stewed steak.
* Actifry roast pots.
* Banana

*Grapes
 
Day 3

*2 Weetabix + milk A+B
*Banana
*300ml 1% fat milk

*Baked beans
*Grapes.

*Lean cut bacon grilled.
*Pease pud
*Mushrooms
*Remainder of baked beans from lunchtime
*Egg...fried...spray oil 2ss

Day 4

B/F Overnight porridge in water with sweetener plus almond milk..

Lunch 2 egg/slice cooked ham/tomato - Crisp& Dry spray = 3ss

Snacks 3 Mini Cheddars 3ss

Evening Grilled lean bacon, 2 x Warburtons WM loaf 5ss, butter 2ss

Banana
Cadburys sachet drinking chocolate 2ss

Syns = 15
