Today is the end of my old life!
Registered for slimming world last night (again!) a great attempt following 3 failed attempts, numerous attempts at weight watchers iv tried every diet in the book and been dieting since I was 18. 33 this year and hear I am here sat at the bottom and my biggest ever :/
Last night I registered with slimming world again and started but just received a letter (from a lawyer regarding an accident) which described me as 'an overweight lady, of short height but big build'.... My husband read it and laughed and then rolled his eyes when I told him I was doing it this time.... He has been here before I think he has given up but I will do it this time. My goal is 3 stone by October is that a ridiculous goal? Just feeling like iv this huge mountain to climb and the reality has finally set in!
hi, well done for deciding to try again. ... We've all been there and at some point it sticks.
I don't know your starting stats as on my phone but 3 stone in 8 months should be more than achievable. ... Stay focused and motivated, stick to plan and you'll soon see the numbers going down x
Starting Paleo 28/08/2014, switched to calorie counting 22/10/2014 as that is a closer description of what I have been doing for a while..... Joined the gym on 12/11/2014 to hopefully improve my fitness and boost my losses!

05/03/15: 164.4....1.6lbs lost (59.2 total)

19/03/15: 161.4..0.8lbs lost (62.2 total)

Target weight dropped to 154lbs
