Joined SW on 14th Jan 2014 a week after my mum joined after I saw how easy it seemed to do and how I weighed more than my dad! Lol

Will keep track of my weekly weigh ins which happen on Wednesdays:

Week 1 -7.0lbs total -7lbs
week 2 -1.5lbs total -8.5lbs
week 3 -4.0lbs total -12.5lbs SOTW
week 4 -2.0lbs total -14.5lbs
Week 5 -1.0lbs total -15.5lbs
Week 6 -1.5lbs total -17.0lbs
Week 7 -2.0lbs total -19.0lbs

Also as my food diary now that I am no longer using the paper ones as provided in group.

Decided that as my loss was so small this week that I am going to try and see if reducing my syns allowance from 10-12 to between 6&8 like I had in my first and 3rd week and see if it makes any difference to my loss.
 
I got really excited today, my mum thought there was something wrong.

I brought myself some clothes a size down and they FIT!! I can't remember the last time I was a size 16.
I've been a size 18 since I was 18.

Hea 40g reduced fat cheddar
2 x hifi light

35g small marshmallows 3.5
12.5g rainbow drops 2
Special k crisps 4
Milkybar buttons 4.5
